Last week we welcomed 17 year old Ethan Skinner to GBS for three days work experience with us, Ethan is a Year 12 Student studying A Levels at William Farr Comprehensive School in Lincolnshire. With a passion for all things motorsport Ethan approached us for any work experience opportunities, where we were able to offer him 3 days here at GBS. During the 3 days he spent time with the GBS Team in different departments to gain an understanding of what we do and to have an insight into as many aspects of motorsport as possible to help see what he would like to develop and pursue as a possible future career.
We also have Hugo Stephens with us who is currently studying MEng Mechanical Engineering at The University of Nottingham who’s with us for a placement, Hugo is working with the Design and Engineering team to create the first Build Manual for the GBS Zero, you can read more about this story here.

We are a very popular choice with Schools and Colleges throughout the country for work experience placements. We try to accommodate students for work experience when ever possible weather it be for a week or just a day. Places are limited but we do our best to offer what we can.
