Getting this GBS Zero ready for the 2027 Hill Climb Season....

There’s been plenty going on in the GBS workshop recently as we continue to prepare customer cars for the seasons ahead, and this Zero has recently been back with us for a number of upgrades.
The car originally came into the workshop for a gearbox and pedal box upgrade, helping to improve the car’s setup and make it better suited to the demands of competition use.

While the car was with us, the customer also decided to take the opportunity to go ahead with a roll cage upgrade. This will further prepare the Zero for its future competition use and is another important step in getting the car ready for the 2027 hill climb season.

With the gearbox, pedal box and roll cage work now complete the Zero is taking shape for another year of motorsport.

It’s always great to see the Zeros being developed and adapted by their owners to suit exactly how they want to use them. Whether that’s for road driving, track days, sprinting or hill climbs, the Zero can be continually developed with a wide range of upgrades and options.

This car is set to be back out competing in the 2027 hill climb season, but before then, you’ll also have the opportunity to see it in action on track with us. The car will be joining us at our next GBS Track Day, giving the owner a chance to put the latest upgrades through their paces and enjoy some time behind the wheel before the start of next year’s competition season.
