The Super Spec '05 is supplied in kit form with universal engine mountings so that the Ford Zetec, Pinto, Double Over Head Cam or Vauxhall engine may be fitted. Below is the complete list of components supplied.
One Super Spec stainless steel tubular space frame chassis, with additional side diagonal bars and circumferential engine bay tubes to take increased engine power. The interior panels and the floor which is recessed are welded into position. Predominantly 38mm o/d tube with a 2mm wall thickness, the roll over bar is 50mm o/d and is back braced, it is an important and integral part of the chassis. Pedal box welded to the chassis. All the tube joints are internally sleeved for extra strength.
